Started in the 1950 the Hosh family relationship with chocolate was
& still is a flourishing love affair. The business went though a
number of phases where it grew from strength to strength. Today the
Professional manufacturers for Chocolate & Confectionary (PMC)is a
major producer & distributor of chocolate in Jordan & the region.
The PMC factory, situated just outside Amman, is built & equipped
with the latest in chocolate manufacturing machinery.
PMC produces chocolate in all its
varieties & forms from simple chocolate bars to exquisitely filled
chocolates. Our production lines are fully automated minimizing any
human intervention & maximizing efficiency. The factory produces
chocolate in many forms including pralines in many shapes & with
different fillings, catering chocolate bars & blocks, chocolate
chips & hazelnut chocolate spread.
PMC is currently ISO 2000 &
HACCAP certified & is working towards getting other international
certifications & awards to ensure the highest standards & conditions
in the chocolate industry

bread. UIEC is sole representative of Zeelandia in Holland, which is
a leading company worldwide in manufacturing creams, glazing bread
mixes and improvers. Another leading company represented by UIEC is
Fabbri 1905 in Italy.
Fabbri has been exporting for over
half a century. Its food culture is tied to many famous Italian
specialties all over the world, targeting them not only the end
consumer but also catering, the artisan ice cream and cake maker and
